Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships. Email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll refund you in full.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it as described below.

Returns: 7 days

If Anchor isn't right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. The device should be in its original condition with everything it came with.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order ID. We'll reply with return instructions. For orders in India, we'll arrange a free pickup where our courier partners serve your PIN code. For international orders, we'll share the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns from outside India is paid by the customer.

Warranty: 12 months

Every Anchor has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your Anchor stops working because of a defect, we'll replace it free, including shipping.

The warranty doesn't cover loss, accidental damage, or damage from misuse.

Damaged or wrong items

If your Anchor arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 business days of cancelling your order or receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5–7 business days to show it.

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. For international orders, the amount you get back may differ slightly from what you paid because of your bank's exchange rates and fees.
